Garry have you run a scan and did it identify any DTC's , are all 4 struts on the bump stops, does the suspension work when you select different heights?

The car is currently in for a service so cant answer the DTC scan question. They are having trouble doing the height.
Currently suspension pumps up ok but on normal goes back onto the bump stops.

 

Did you have any warnings or issues with the A/S that led up to the current problem of not keeping pressure in the struts?

Seems like you have quite the air leak. Vehicle needs to be scanned, leaks repaired, then having base settings programmed by a competent mechanic or the dealer. If your mechanic needs to YouTube the procedure, move on.

Left rear level ctrl sys sensor: adapt. value (zero pos) -> put your measurement from center wheel.

Right rear level ctrl sys sensor: adapt. value (zero pos) -> put your measurement from center wheel.

3. Adaptations: Complete Height Calibration -> YES

4. Basic Settings: Level Control System -> Select Normal from drop menu then Start -> Finished Correctly

5. Basic Settings: End Basic Setting -> Start -> Finished correctly
