I have wanted a V10 Touareg for a long time but I could never afford a new one. I was considering a V6 TDi but the more I looked the more I knew I would probably regret not having the V10 TDi.

Anyway, I believe I found a good deal and pulled the trigger. Who could pass up a 2006 V10 with only 46K miles at $31,000 USD? I have not even driven or seen the car in person. I am currently out to sea with the Coast Guard doing what I love. Thank God for technology to actually make this deal happen. I hope to have the car at the house next week for my homecoming gift.

My 2006 Wheat Biege Touareg V10 will join the following cars:

2009 Jetta Sportwagen TDi/DSG, this is now for sale
2004 R32, HPA Twin Turbo
1991 GTi with a VR6.

Anand-Rick is right across the street from me. I wonder how many R32/Touareg owners live across from each other? We have both been kicking the Touareg idea around for a while and now we both will have one.

Someone scuffed a fender on me in a parking lot and the dealer's detailer nicked one of the mirror covers. Other then that it is in excellent condition. I will be happy as long as I pay off the loan and have a little extra to play with when it is all said and done. I have to do some research and will put it up for sale in the next two weeks.

Does anyone know if all 2006's came with the 115V outlet? I don't see it in any of the pictures.

Nice Car, looks very clean. Like the colour. You will not be dissapointed with the V10, fantastic vehicle with so much great German engineering. You will be finding out bits and pieces about this car for as long as you own, I have never had so much fun as when I joined the V10 Ranks.
