This is short notice but I just saw this on the auction list for tomorrow. I haven't keep up with the market but it should bring in the $13-14K range. Being sold by VWOA and the recall has been done. I can get more details if anyone interested.

Dang what a beauty with low miles. If only it were a Lux Limited trim and had Dynaudio, Air Suspension, and upgraded Nav head unit.

But yes it will easily command that much money tomorrow.

I wonder if there is a way to search these auctions online and see what they have coming up the pipeline.

Im rather curious as to why no owner of a buyback in here has expressed any interest about their warranty having been started by VW earlier than it should have. I got mine corrected so have no skin in the subject...just wondering

I actually contacted VW to have them check on my warranty date and they stuck with the fix date not the date of sale. They said when the dealership bought it, it was considered sold. I thought it was weird cause it wasn't sold by the dealership until 5 months after the fix. But they would not budge and said they had it right. Oh well. Its still a stellar warranty.

Actually it refers specifically to the warranty start date which is, of course, separate from whether they will honor the coverage. my Point is that if th fix was done while the vehicle was owned by VW the warranty does not start on the fix date. This is not idol internet speculation but has been confirmed by the class attorneys who got my warranty start date revised.

VW bought back some 350k vehicles most of which Im sure were resold and ultimately wound up in consumer hands. By leaving the fix date as the start date they are depriving the subsequent owners of the full benefit of the warranty that they are entitled to

Bro I have no idea what the **** your problem is. Did I once offend you?? All I’m saying is that there is a strong market for these in the right spec. I’m not so sure why you are butt hurt about this. If there is a legitimate spec out there that has super low mileage like the one the OP posted then it’s worth a premium. It’s worth what somebody will pay….bottom line. Keep searching other postings for your treg and stop trolling.

Lol. I'll play. It's a '10 Lux Limited, air suspension, dynaudio, RNS510, campanella white, 100,000 miles, all maintenance up to date, I'm doing oil and filter and fresh fuel filter tomorrow (just shy of 100k miles), and front/center/rear diff fluids and transmission fluid/filter done at 95k, JXB Performance driveshaft carrier, 20% tint. However, I ruined it by deleting and tuning it and putting big tires on it.

I can see you “ruining” it by putting big tires but why by deleting and tuning it? Doesn’t that mean you can now do more city driving and it’s even more powerful now?

Post some pics! And do you still have the OEM tires and wheels?

So I've been tracking these sales ever since I sold my white one to @mckpat03 and sort of regret selling it lol. I still think the 2010 Touareg TDi Lux Limited trim in either blue or white were the dream vehicles if equipped with Air Ride and Dynaudio. Only think they were lacking since they started to decontent them in the 2009 model year is blind spot monitor, adaptive cruise, emergency collision avoidance, and electronic folding side view mirrors which all came standard on 2008 Touareg V10 TDi Models or mostly standard I should say lol.

Look at this one that just recently sold which I just received an alert on today:

245170

Also, I don't know if any of you follow Bring a Trailer site but last year this Blue Lux Limited trim got over $18K and had no air suspension which is the reason I didn't bid on it myself:

They're prob worth around the 13k. Low miles I would say the $18,500 for what the BAT one sold for. Not worth 30k!

Should I add fuel to the fire here and ask about the long-term reliability of the air suspension and what costs that may add to ownership? What is required and how often, how reliable?
They are a maintenace nightmare with Audi AllRoads.

And here are novice questions.....
What kind of load (weight, terrain, distance, etc.) to you need to have this option make a real difference?
What noticable difference does it make for normal driving without towing?

I have a 2010 tdi with air and have had no issues at all
I also have a 2004 v8 with air that had a leaky o ring and a corroded fitting but that was a cheap fix.
