no probs pairing iphone 4s, iphone 5 or recent model BB with my MY09 with factory BT kit......

 

No problems with my 2010 factory BT pairing with new BB Bold, Q10 & Z10

 

I have had all sorts of phones paired to my '10. Old as a BB Storm to Droid X, Razr Maxx and current Maxx HD. No issues with any of them. Current phone pairs really quickly when I turn on Bluetooth.
