I just got a phone call from VWoA to notify me that they are going to swap out my '04 for a brand new '05. I've had my ongoing hum/vibration problem with no fix in sight!
I can't believe this is happening, because it's not what I was expecting considering how things have been over the last 8-months.
I'm speechless and extremely grateful that my problems (fingers crossed) are going away.
I'm told I will be getting my letter in the next day or two and the search for my exchange vehicle is underway.
WOW!!! All I can say is Thank You Volkswagen for this and thanks to Gebhardt VW in Boulder for such wonderful service.
