Can you please provide more info?

It seems kind of a shame to over up such nice wood. But, at the same time, the CF would look great with the Anthracite interior.

WANT WANT WANT

I wonder if I can find someone local that will do it for a similar price. That looks AWESOME. It'd look great in my all black interior.

if interested i can connect you with the same guy that did mine , what i did is i took of parts and he finished in less than a day , and all i had to do is pop them back in

Its 3M DRY-NOC CF VINYL....looks great. they did a good job. Its really easy to do it yourself since it conforms to the material with a little heat...

not sure what film they used i gave them the parts in the morning and picked them up later on ...but its smooth and neat job gotta admit ...and the best part is its also textures therefore it feel like real CF once u touch it and it doesnt leave fingerprints such as wood trim that come from factory

That's the film they used. I can tell ;). Here...watch this....

The site Pyspeed also sells a carbon fiber material (very reasonable prices) and it's just about indestructible.

I've been wondering, and forgive my hijack, but does any company do a genuine carbon fiber overlay? I know with Audi's there was always a strong supply, and I have a company I may contact to see if they're willing to make a set for me. Is there much interest in going CF on here?

Real carbon fiber would be nice but I'm gonna assume that it would be 3x the cost to manufacture if not more than just applying this vinyl over your stock pieces.

I would be interested. Cost and quality are the big questions.

well you can buy OEM from dealer that comes on R50 it would cost in the neighbourhood of $1200-$1500 , which i found too expensive since i got mine done for $350 and its looks real cuz its done by professionals...

WOW. that is expensive.

Well I know on the s4's it was only 550, I would find up to 750 acceptable I think. That wrap did turn out great though.

O-carbon does a great job with their work for audi

I know in the BMW world they are about 850 and come in a few colors....and my BMW has less interior parts than my Dub. My Mini is all CF and its expensive. Im having a CF moonroof made for it right now. I was gonna have my guys do the Touareg but I like the look of the DI-NOC better for this application....:-lll

mine did turn out to be really neat and nice.
Yea...they actually did a great job. Lined it up good. What got me is the neat circles they did for the 12v point. I will do this when I get sheets to do the roof and door handles of my Mini Cooper....;)
