Would it be possible to add a face lift (2015) front grill to a 2012 touareg or it wouldn't fit? I just had this silly idea, because the face lift front grill looks kinda cool and I wondered if it would be possible to have it on a previous model treg.

Yes it will fit - it's only a cosmetic piece of trim.
