There is no "off road" package nor has there has never been a reference to one by VW. All touaregs are BY DEFINITION offroad capable. Air suspension just adds another element to it.
What I find curious is everyone was thrilled that the V6 TDI replaced the V10...all I'm seeing is less engine for the same money. I could buy V10s at $60K all day long when they were produced.

Look for the offroad package under build section and then exterior accessoiries
There is a front and rear skidplate (plastic) and there is also a rear diff lock available, but definitely no off road package with air on the site that I could find.
Air is available by itself for $2750. You can also call it the autobahn package then since it takes you 1 inch lower to the street at highway speeds, or the "tow" package w/o the hitch since it keeps the truck level no matter what you tow with it.
So yes, it has air then and that was a good thing. I would call that the cameleon package since it helps with all three things, off road, autobahn and towing

In fact most of them are more informed than you are. You "ordered" stupid builds considering pricey BS things like the trim crap but leaving out the relatively cheap rear diff lock option.
You come on the primary Touareg forum in the world, hoping people will flock to your dealership and pay sticker on a car full of junk none of them would want and you can't even list the info up front? Not to mention make people have to ask where you are located, what choices there are, etc.
(skid plates with running boards deserves a big LOL)
Then, you give them a hard time over questioning where you are coming up with the pricing when the freakin VW website to "build" one is exactly what they were referencing.
These people are passionate and knowledgeable about the vehicles and deserve to be treated with respect.
You are acting like someone living inside their own head with poor social interface skills. Try pretending you actually care about doing a good job as a car salesperson, it might feel good in addition to be more successful.

Speaking of being "INFORMED", what sort of narrow minded moron ads on a bunch of garbage anyone can just buy the day of the sale but leaves off the mere $700 locker option that can only be factory built - on a Touareg they "ordered"
The "driver assist" pkg is also a total joke, especially at $2600!. Most people know how to change lanes all on their own, again, perfect example of a stupid order kit Mr. Informed.
That's like not bringing fries with the burger - WTF.

I think it will be close to disappearing if the Mods are even remotely watching. Matt, Aircooled, Treggin? Wait, we have a mod in here actually stating his case with this guy, maybe they want to play a little more before getting rid of it.
