Nice Treg... Congrats. it looks just like mine except for the beautiful scenery in the background (wish i had that where i live)

that first picture is unreal. the way the shadow blends into the tree line it almost looks like you pulled into some fake movie scene. where is that spot?

congrats on the new ride. gorgeous.

Thanks :) It's at Mt. Baker, Artist Point - right above the ski area. The mountain in the background is Mt. Shuksan.

A friend and I drove up there the day I got it. His two yeard old daughter puked three times on the way up. Luckily I had blankets and towels in the back. I felt so bad for her.

It replaced a 1998 P38 Range Rover 4.6 HSE

I saved the rear mat, as you can see the Treg has the same room, which surprised me.

I love this vehicle.

Any info on hardwiring a V1 ( radar dectector )?

It's a cop magnet, I've already been pulled over twice, one warning one ticket :(

You can pull power from the Homelink module for the V1. If '08 is the same as before, I believe it's the blue wire up there that provides switched power. Try a search for hard wired, as someone posted good instructions on this a while ago.

I just bought a 06 V-10 TDI and love it too! Traded in my beloved BMW 540i cause the wife made me, but after an hour of driving it I fell in love. OK, still love my BMW but can get over that. Anyway, I need to hardwire in my V1 too. Blue wire up by the compass? I will do a search as you stated.
