These are definitely Vehicles to buy 2nd Hand for good deals. As stated the history is important. Used to see heaps on stepper motors warning lights etc, but very rarely see posts about faults now, so I'd say these are decreasing as TSB's have got on top of the issues. I own a 2004 V10 and intend to keep a long time , I can't replace the car except with another V10 and the new V10's just don't inspire me to spend $80K above what my trade in would fetch. For me it is the drive , so I'm not concerned about the miles on the clock etc. I just want to keep the thing on the road at a reasonable price, prefferably less than the $80k I'd spend on a new one with less features than my year model.

So the trick is spend some time, find a great car, don't impulse buy, and you could have a luxury SUV that has no peirs !
