Is it a normal noise? 2013 Touareg VR6 48000 miles

This 2013 Touareg has 48000 miles. Sounds like clicking noises from the engine. Could it be a sign of timing chain failure? Hope it’s not. BTW it’s a VR6 3.6 engine instead of the TDI diesel one.Does it sound normal? Thanks.

Decoke intake on 3.6 Gas

What a job! The idle has being playing up so I had a look at the vacuum lines to see if there was any leaks. In my travels around the engine, I noticed some oil in the intake. Further investigation and it seems that the intake is well coked up! Too much oil getting past the PCV and getting...

New purchase

Gas/Electric/Hybrid/Powertrain | V6, V8, W12, FSI

Picked up this beauty at the auction for a little under 2k. It’s a 2011 hybrid TSI with 110k miles. The driveshaft has been removed for tow-ability so I’ll need to source mount bolts. The whole oil pan is out and all the fluids drained, wires unplugged. I’ll have to put everything back together...
