I have a 2007 v6 and had to replace the valve cover. While reassembling, a wire inadvertently wrapped itself around a screw and pulled the two wires from the connector. I can fix it I just don't know which wire goes to which terminal or if it matters. The wire that was ripped out was the rear sensor on what I believe is the cold start air valve (small black line and two electrical thingees (technical term there) that runs under the intake) I attached a picture for reference. The second picture is a close up of the connector. If anyone has an 07 v6 and can look and tell me which wire goes to which terminal I would greatly appreciate it!!!

2007 VR6 3.6 here. The wire closest to the wheel appears red or brown the wire closest the head appears green. Hard spot to see, didn't feel like breaking anything to get a better shot, hope these help.

How hard a job is the valve cover on one of these? I have some oil leaking on mine, but appears related to a Crappy oil filler plug (wet around the base).

Last picture is upside down. CT refuses to show it right side up, I even up loaded one picture right side up and the other upside down and BOTH show up upside down????????

Thank you!!!!! That helped immensly!!!!!

The valve cover was a piece of cake. Easy on and off and the gasket is rubber and comes attached to the new valve cover. Not cheap though....I get a discount because I am the tow provider for my local store and the cover was still $400. The intake was a bit of a b***h to get off the first time, the fuel line for the lower fuel rail was the toughest part. But all in all it wasn't near as bad as I built it up to be in my mind...lol. I would say if you are mechanically inclined and have the parts you need and all the tools at the ready you should be able to get it done in a few hours.
