I have a 2011. Drivers front window, one-touch window down but one-touch up will not. And passenger front does the opposite. One-touch up will work but not down. Any ideas??

I have Audi convertible that does this every now and again, it always seems to fix it's self after a few days. I think it's just a glitch

Reset your windows: drive them all the way up and hold the switch for 10 seconds, then do the same going down.

I tried this a few times and still didn't fix issue. Any other suggestions?
