Only recently, I've been hearing this high pitched whistling sound when I have the ac/heat blowing on max. I hear it whether I'm stationary or moving. The noise originates from the driver side near my head when I'm sitting. It'll immediately stop if I turn the fans down, crack any window even slightly or click the recirculation button closer to the drivers side. My guess is it has to do with a seal somewhere in the cabin/around the door most likely on the driver side since I hear it around the upper end of the B pillar.

Any help would be great!

What are you expecting in terms of help? If you think you've located it, inspect the door seal in that area.

I've looked at the door and seal looks good. Maybe door alignment or something else.

We can't see anything!
Inspect your seal, condition your seal, check if your door is saggy, if it closes fully, etc.
Also look at your window seal.

Get a smoker or a smoke machine and blow smoke in that area under the conditions in which you have this issue... if there's a massive cabin leak, it should become evident.

Good Idea. Might even tape the outside/inside just to see if that reduces the sound/changes it. Ill let you know what I find.
