I have a 2012 Touareg, 6 cly diesel. 4x4 but not low range. Australia import. Which 4x4 system does it have?

Does it have oil which needs changing?You have a TorSen centre differential, like most longitudinal Audis use. It is purely mechanically engaged whenever there is a speed difference between the axles.
