Have you pulled the A pillar covers to see if the water is coming in from the top. Also check the body plugs under the rocker panel, if they are missing or busted water can come up through the bottom.

Pulling the trim is to try and locate the path of the water if it's the windshield or sunroof or sunroof frame. The rocker panels if are full of water will make its way to the carpet under the floor mats.
