2011 auto hvac control head, I may need to post a pic. It's on the left side with a picture of four people sitting and the driver is solid and the passengers are outlined?

That would be the function to allow the driver settings to be applied to all climate zones.
Basically what ever temperature set for the driver is applied to all zones if you push this button and it's indicator lamp is lit.

On my 2012 t-reg, that button is labelled sync, setting all temps to the driver's settings.

It doesn't say sync, the dealer gave me a 2012 owners manual and shows it as sync. So it's the same but just picture instead?
