The noise is constant and louder when accelerating as it shown in a video.
I checked the serpentine belt visually and it seemed all right.
I tried to sway the two wheels which I could reach; they are solidly firm.
May I get any advice for a reason and practical repairment method?

No, they have been in original condition from 2017, 180k. I reckon the most right and up pulley is linked by the fuel pump.

Once I take off belt, intake-tube and main radiator fan, I will replace right side pulleies. If the noise comes from any axle of equipment, it does not help. It is an awkward situation.

I like that big weight on the HPFP. My 2010 doesn't have that. it would probably be an upgrade to add it.
