Of course the dealer wont be able to duplicate the issue 


I had the same issue on one of the doors and just like you, I didn't have any water intrusion. It was so annoying that after each time it rains or car wash I had to open the door to let the water dump! I was worried about rusting more than anything.
I was able to solve it by sticking a piece of flat weatherstrip (approx. 10-12 in. long) just below the rear glass line to 'push' the T'reg's weatherstrip creating a tighter seal. And it worked for me and it's been 3 years since.
I occasionally monitor it just to be sure and it's been good.
