Just wondering much do they charge if they pick up the car and drop off at the dealer than a reg towing company ?

VW Roadside Assistance is "free" as long as you're covered under the plan. The plan has a fixed term like 3/36. If you call VW Roadside Assistance and you're not covered (they will check), they can't help you (at least they're not obligated to help you). Once your coverage lapses, you contact a random towing company of your choice and they will charge you for the tow.
