I have received about the same "poor" customer service. This is my 3rd VW, and it appears that the service is getting worst. I am battling over my roof racks, that blew off. The dealer did not properly secure them and is trying to fault me! I only have 4800 miles on my T-Reg.jm1244 said:Hello all:
