I Just bought a set of TSW wheels and there is a strong vibration between 55MPH to 75MPH. The wheels are perfectly road forced balanced any ideas?

The road force machine didn't find anything wrong with the wheels or tires? Contact the seller and ask them what they suggest.

I purchases tsw 20" wheels and have the same prblem. We have tried 3 different tires with the rims. Perrelli tires worked best but we still have a problem.

get used to it w/ 20's. maybe a bent rim or tire out of round

The problem could be with the wheels themselves and how they fit. Are the new wheels hubcentric? Touaregs were designed to expect hub-centered wheels.

The wheel/tire unit can be perfectly balanced, but if the wheel does not "attach" to the car properly you will have a vibration.

you probably dont have center rings which would cause your wheel to shimmy at high speeds

YES had the same problem with my 20" rims had to get stainless steel center rings made up to make up the difference between the hub and the rim, and if you do this problem will be solved and you will get better milage from your tyres
