Every time when I try to undo the fuel cap a lot of air rush into the tank I mean a lot and fast for about 3 to 4 seconds . Is this a problem or something is blocked there . Thanks

Usually that is a sign of a clogged charcoal canister.

Could be a stuck emission vacume valve also, but in general those leak.

How long have you have the truck?

How often do you top up when getting gas?

No check engine (MIL) light?

Guessing the previous owner had a habit of topping up (Adding more fuel after the nozzle cuts off).

You can try driving it a while and see if it gets better or worse.
I would avoid filling it all the way to the top and see if whatever is clogged open up.

An illegal fix would be cutting a vent line, and installing a "T" and adding a small vent on the "T".
Probably a small engine fuel filter capped off with a few pinholes in the cap would work.
It might trip a MIL showing an vacuum leak, so be ready to undo it.
Or get a new charcoal canister and hope that is it before chasing down a bad vent/purge valve.

I had an old Triumph (GT6) do this and the vacuum created pulled in the sides of the fuel tank. I first noticed it when I had fuel supply problems when racing.

I had an old Triumph (GT6) .
My second job was selling those new from a Rover Triumph dealership!

We had a bright yellow one in stock for ages!!

Off topic drift . . . .

Mine was "pimento", that wonderful red-orange that refused to hold a coat of wax.

Fun car to drive, and never short of odd things to fix.

It's probably a diesel so unlikely to have the charcoal canister - but blocked breather would still be the likely culprit.
Didn't think Diesel.

I am not familiar with the fuel system venting on a diesel.

Is there an electrically or mechanically operated vent valve?
Or is it vented in the intake system somewhere?
Will it trip an error code if the tank is vented?
