V10 available for project or spares

I was approached on the weekend by a new R50 owner here on the Sunshine Coast if I was interested in his '04 V10 for cheap? Apparently goes well but has some issues like centre bearing, headlining and intermittent ECU hiccup but I'm not up for a project at this time and not much of a match for the my R50 as a mobile spares bin so I passed.
Just putting it out there if anyone else finds it of interest. I have no interest in the car or it's owner, we just each had our R50s in service on the same day. John
