If You're refering to V12.zip file unfortunately there's no North America Region firmware in it, just old maps.

Okay, thanks! So I just use something like etcher to burn iso to sd card? If you can't open the iso any mounting program will do what you need. I've used daemon tools lite in the past myself. The update is the same process tho: name the SD car the same as the update file and have the file...
