Hi,

Key fob and rear trunk handle button works fine. But the switch on the driver's door - not.

I have Jetta with the same switch and when I pull it - I can hear an electrical click sound under the steering wheel and then trunk opens.

But I don't here any click sound in my Touareg.

Maybe electrical relay is not working? Where is it in Touareg case? What would be the procedure to find the problem?

Thanks!!!

Pull the switch and hold it for a couple of seconds. That's how the one on my 2010 works. Actually, for both the fob and inside switch.

I tried holding it long enough. No success. Switch LED emits red light. So current reaches the switch.

BTW: same switch in my Jetta (2011) opens the trunk instantly. No need to hold it.
