2005 V6 3.2L
Clunking sound any time I turn and accelerate at the same time. Applies to either side when turning and also happens when I accelerate on to the highway. I'm guessing transfer case? Everything else appears intact. Cost for transfer case and labor to put it in?

You may be making the wrong assumption.

First up would be tires - have you got 4 IDENTICAL tires on the car - same size, same make, same model, same tread pattern, same tread depth.

Second, look more carefully at the drive shaft centre bearing, a very well known issue.

Third would be the stepper motor. Easily seen underneath the car with the manufacture date. Many early cars had these replaced. Post the part number and date.

X2 on CV joints. Clicking when turning usually indicates CV joints.
