I'm local and wondering...it looks like it goes where the cargo cover goes so its an either/or and "partition" suggests it connects at the roof In which case what does it hook in to ?

It hooks in to notches in the ceiling. I can't speak for the fit but as mentioned, they are a different series.

If this works on a 13, I could be in for it, and have someone local to grab it
