hello everyone, i bought touareg v8 2006 and i wanted to know if there is any way to add bluetooth on it so i can make phone call and read text msg on touareg display is this possible ?

Odd title in regards to the question you actually asked. I thought you were going to ask about using premium gas....

Anyways.... I don't know of any stock radio in 2006 that would let you read texts.

And get ready for the flood of messages saying that you shouldn't text and drive anyways......

I have been looking into this as well, having just purchased an '05 v8 gasser. From what I gather, unless your going to try to modify and install a newer infotainment system, you have to wire in a Bluetooth speaker. If you search the forum, there is a pretty good thread wherein it walk you through splicing the wiring into the cigarette lighter, drilling a hole to flush mount the mic, etc..
