I am frustrated by my daughters 2017 Touareg, with the TMPS system. One wheel had too much air pressure so I let out some air then filled it to the correct level. Now that wheel shows NO Pressure and the check tire light is on. I cannot find any reset button in the glove box or steering column. I also tried to look at the fuse box to pull the fuse but nothing is marked there either. Is there a reset button somewhere? Also pushing the CAR button does not show a tire option other than PSI/BAR setting.
Help needed on this if anyone knows how to do a reset.

There is no "reset" button or menu "reset" option for the T3's and newer with regards to the TPMS.
I read in a thread a while back someone suggesting to reset them by letting most of the air out, not all of it, and then re-filling the tire. I don't recall if this was ever proven to work.
With that said as long as your battery in that TPMS didn't die as you were doing the air correction, then driving the vehicle for a a short distance should be enough for the TPMS to start transmitting the tire pressure to the control unit.

The Touareg is a 2017, so it's not likely the battery in the TPMS sensor is low. If I remember, front is 33psi and rear is 39psi. The TPMS warning will come on at -10% psi ( ~29 in the front and ~35psi in the rear). It will also immediately alarm is there is sudden total loss of pressure (a blowout of serious puncture). Very cold outdoor temperature can change tire pressure enough to signal TPMS warnings, it's happened to me when rotating tires and forgetting to change tire pressures F/R, and then the car sits outside during a very cold day at work, I get a TPMS low pressure warning in the rear.

Usually, it should only take moments for the TPMS to communicate if it has lost the signal, but making sure sir pressure is correct and driving for a few minutes should take care of it.

The batteries in the TPMS have a lifespan of 7-10 years. So it could be possible but hopefully for the OP, not the case.
