The increase in torque tends to multiply anything going on with the transmission prior to going stage 1 or 2, etc...

Some things that you can try besides my tcm tune...
The nooby trans adaptation reset. Key on, engine off, accelerator pedal to the floor for 15 seconds. Key off, drive as normal.

Transmission service aka filter and fluid flush. I won't go into details here are there are many how to's posted on the forum.
If you're tuned IMHO I would change filter and fluid every 40-50k miles.
I will also add that I always do a basic setting reset with VCDS or similar AFTER doing new filter and fluid.
The resets everything inside the TCM so it learns clutch volume, fill, pressures, etc with the new fluid.
