So my friends at the Speed Academy show how to remove and install the T3 TCM here:

They remove the 4 seat bolts, but it is a great video that shows its location as well as the slide lock connector...

Anyone know what vehicles have the same module that would be used in the Q7? I plan to go to the junk yard to find one that is totaled so that I can pull the module. Is the Touareg one the same as the Q7?

I have 1 for sale with my tune on them for the Q7

Swapped my TCU yesterday (Thanks yrktreg ) I found it easier to remove from the rear of seat. Put seat in full forward and full height. Raise carpet and reach in. As turbospool stated, I had a harder time clipping it back in.....

Yes! Just make sure that the part number of the modules are the same.

It could also be the valve body. Revmax was doing replacement valve bodies, not sure if they still are or not.
