Those those are vacuum activated pods that move the flaps in the intake…

You need to buy new vacuum pod -> 077-198-327-A -> Link

That’s how the should look when working:

Sometimes their shafts can get stuck and prevent them from moving, maybe thats how you ripped yours.
If that’s the case you need to disassemble them and clean the holes with a brush wire (i used dremel tool). If that won’t do it you can dm me for cnc version if them (you can read more here -> Link

I had another look, looks like the bracket to the rubber dome has detached.

 

That’s not an update… it’s figured that out in your first post - you need new vacuum pod…read my post up there again. More important question is why it happened?
Can you rotate by hand the two levers against their spring tension or they are seized?

 

Apologies, the top lever rotates fine. The bottom one is very hard to move which I guess resulted in the plastic attachment on the top of the dome getting broken.

 

When you disassemble them make sure you mark the position on the levers to the shafts so you know their correct position when putting them back together

 

My cousin managed to have a look at this. Taken the manifold off and found that the flaps are seized. intake manifold stuck in stage 3. He says this needs to be repaired, manifold runner flaps, is there a kit for this?
