I'm going to apply new lock-tite on them. They have that thick, plastic-y type factory-applied blue thread locker on them, which would not function as thread-lock a second time. I think this is why they are single-use - they do not appear to be torque-to-yield type. I do not recommend this - but it's what I will do.
The car is still not moving
I really need to find the correct stack-up of washer, spacer, cone-shaped friction doo-hickey on the passenger wiper arm. More clicking and searching before I make a second attempt - my first try was wrong, wouldn't grip the arm but I almost couldn't get it off!
