Ok ok so summer trip with cargo box traveling 80 mph improves fuel mileage over winter (same trip) at 90 mph without cargo box resulted in a 2+/- .5 mpg improvement.
I wasnt expecting it, but very happy with it.

In the future, I will attempt to maintain 80mph speeds so I can have better fuel mileage. BUT 90+ mph is so much more fun.

Some of those vehicles drop 30%. Always thought it was closer to 20% in general. Gas prices makes one want to mosey across this great land taking in the scenery.
