steering wheel retraction

Just wondering if anyone else is having problems with the steering wheel retraction system mine only works manually and will retract but it will not reset into the preset position. I have encountered most all the major problems discussed and have been working through them. Most recently I noticed the premium plus sound system not sounding so premium. 04 v-8 loaded
