I have a squeak under drivers seat that sounds like crickets. Think 2 links in a chain swinging and rubbing against each other. It only makes noise when I hit a bump or rut in the road and it is not consistent.

I moved the seat forward, pulled the carpet and found two latches, but both were secure. The moving parts of the seat support seem to be tight and secure also.

Any thoughts on wear this is coming from?

Prior to doing the following, empty out your door storage areas. I had a flashlight in mine the was making a terrible noise rattling around. Otherwise...Sounds like it could be interior trim mounting clips. Check all hard surfaces by taping gently with your hand or heavy object. These clips will make a really annoying noise when they are out of the place (not engaged) they can slide off the back of a trim piece and rattle away like crazy. I would also check the panels under driver dash because these clips have been an issue for me. These are those clips that hold the black bottom cover on.
