Do the rear window shades come with the loaded V6 because i was looking at a few the other day and forgot to check this out? Anyone know about this?

It was a running model change. Some older vins do not have the window shades. Also check for rear hatch assitance and chrome running boards.

If the car has a vin over 16xxx, you should be fine.

True but most of those early cars are already off the dealer's lots for several months now.
