Hi all I have a 2009 TDI 3L and installed disk cracks for map updates (moved and not sure where this is now) and SD card with points of interest file POI.DB3.

Recently head unit says can not read SD card ERROR and will not read the SD card

Can some one please assist with a link and instructions to re-install on SD Card

Hi- yes DB3 file opens up with Sqlite

I have heard that some RNS510 units do have a failed SD card reader. Not common, but I have heard of such a failure.
Not aware as to whether it can be repaired or not.

Did the SD card read failure occur after trying to do the update or was it prior to trying to do the update?
