I have had the same problem and removed fuse 11. The scrolling will appear for about 6 station changes, then disappear again. If I remove the fuse and replace it, it reappears again. There has got to be a better fix than constantly removing and replacing the fuse...

I previously set all my stations, and when just flipping through the presets, or changing FMI, FMII, thats when I loose it...
