New to the Touareg world.
Purchased ours used last week.
It is a 2009 TDI, Canadian (if that makes a difference)
Anyway I think a prior owner took something important for the roof rack.
I have 2 large slots on my roof running from front to back. One on each side.
I'm guessing a rail is suppose to go into that?
