Retrofitting Heated Steering Wheel

Wouldn't it be more cost effective to go to a leather shop and have them redo the leather?

Also, Leatherique and Woolies(in the UK) sell steering wheel leather dye kits that work GREAT! I would choose this option in your shoes.
