@kadirkarakas -- Sorry to see your T-reg is such a mess. As you note above, you need to look for replacement amp with p/n 7L6035466A, -B, or -C. It looks like your best chance is find the earlier -A version, for example: VOLKSWAGEN TOUAREG Amplifier AMP Audio OEM 2008 - 2010 | eBay

Be careful with comparing part numbers across model lines -- the T-reg amp is made by Lear, while the Phaeton amp is made by Blaupunkt and will likely have different operating characteristics.

Regarding the wiring harness, I think you are looking for green 23-pin connector 1J0962623B and grey 24-pin connector 1J0962624A like these: Monsoon Amp Amplifier Plugs Pigtail 98-05 VW Passat B5 B5.5 Jetta GTI MK4 - | eBay

If you're lucky, VW will use the same colouring in the wiring harnesses for amp sound systems (but not likely -- so you will need the wiring diagrams for this generation of T-reg). --g
