Well I have never had to replace one of these, much less try to reinstall one side. It seems the part # for the whole unit is 7P6864207B. I see some people selling them on Ebay, but they are used.
To replace the whole armrest unit it looks like the rear compartment/vent controls for the rear needs to be removed to access the mounting bolts. Attached is a picture of the center console with this area removed for reference.

I also found what I think is just the right side armrest on US Ebay. Seller says they ship worldwide, just check their exclusions.

That's not the one. My arm rest also slides forward. Maybe the differences between Australia, EU and USA models?

They all slide forward.

I finally got around to fixing the armrest. I glued a couple of brass rings where the broken plastic holes were and fed the sliding bars through those rings. It seems to work really well and cheap too.

Even used those armrest assy's are pricey.
