My T3 has developed some dirt inside the right rear lights (see pics).

What are my options....can I clean them or would I need to replace the whole assembly. BTW they are not external but internal (as if some bird s***t) ;)

I have a spare set in the garage, I'll have a look at them and see if that area can be reached with a swab. Or perhaps they can be flushed with warm water and carefully dried.

As you can see, the reversing lamp port is directly behind your debris, so easy access, you can touch the inside of the lens with your finger. The internal divider plate between the brake light chamber and the reversing light chamber is aluminum. It looks like you got a bit of water in there, and some corrosion ensued. It should be a very simple clean out, if your dealer isn't keen to replace (I think they are about $180).
