Hi Everyone,

One of the first mods I did was to purchase a Bluetooth kit from Fiscon-mobile.de

I ordered a unit last April and they sent the module as it lacked the wiring harness for the MDI.

So I sent it back and costs 100 euro to ship back.

They sent a new unit who's wiring harness were all loose which means it wasn't a plug and play as advertised. I needed decipher each strand of wire then install it individually to the socket coded boxes before plugging it to the radio. This took sometime as there were not manual that came with it. So I had a lot of slow email exchanges.

Finally got the wires sorted out kinda, and the VW dealer could not read the telephone in the system in order to activate it.

Again VW dealer retraced all the connection which were all on its proper places and still their system could not read the telephone. This time the dealer threatened to cancel the warranty on the electrical system of the car since it's not an oem.

I have written the Fiscon and requested a refund which they have denied they insist I send back the unit to have tested which will cost another 100 euro to do.

My problem is does anyone know how I should deal with Fiscon? How do I push with my refund.

Hope you guys could chime in for some suggestions please.

Thank you,
Tomo

Just an update, fiscon's supplier proposed to do a TeamViewer operation which was a very good suggestion, they will actually do the coding using my friends computer with Vagcom thru the Internet.

After several tries, they noted a single was connected on the wrong socket and requested it be moved accordingly.

After relocating the said wire, it immediately worked seemless

After many months of trial, it finally worked and works like an oem of the car.

Cheers!
