Radio screen no longer working and looking for a replacement

Hello,

My radio screen is no longer working, just getting black and white lines. I want to buy a new radio maybe a touch screen on however I have a couple of concerns before buying it.

1- Is the reverse camera work normal with a new system with setting the reverse gear showing the image on the screen?

2- Is the CD changer located in the back work normal?

And my last request, do you guys know a model of an specific radio that would work with no problem. maintaining the performance as the original?
