Hello. Just bought a 2016 V6 TDI Touareg Sport. Does anybody know the name of the company that makes the 8 speed transmission in this car? The window sticker said the transmission was made in Belgium. Thanks!

Question and I don't mean this in a rude way. Why did you buy a 2016 V6 TDI now when we are most likely a month away from a buyback announcement like the 2.0 TDI's?
