I been reading a lot of the post and see the problems a lot are having with Touareg.
We have not had any issues with our 2008 V-6 Touareg, but prabably will in the furture, do we need to buy the vac-com test meter or take it to a VW Dealer if a warrning light comes on?
Theres a test-meter on sale at'' Habor Tools'' but is says its for most cars made in Amercia..but the saleman said it would work on most Forain & Domastic cars & trucks.
Its on sale for 119.00 normal price 169.00
Our Touareg was a CPO with factory warranty. (20.800 miles)
We know nothing about how to repair this ourself and have to rely on the VW Dealers.... The Meter may save us some time & $$ after the warranty is out and help us fine a honest VW Dealer...thats why we may need it.
But we do use common sense, if theres something we can do ourself and its fairly eazy sure we can do that...so I ask you guys not to get frustrated with my post at times.
