OZ canyon st 20 inch

They are a set of OZ Racing Canyon ST 20x9.5" rims with Continental Extreme Contact DWS 275/40/20 tires. This has been a great setup for me with no balancing issues. The tires are almost brand new with less than 1000 miles on them.
The tires are like new. I am looking to get $1400 for the set or best offer, buyer pays shipping but if we use USPS parcel post it should not be too much (Shipping from Rockville, MD). Some pictures of them on the Touareg below for review.

Do they have the TPMS in them or not? Doesn't really look like it but hard to tell from photos.

If the rims came out of any touareg except the R5 then these are 5x130

The owner told me today that they are 5 x 120 and would not fit a Touareg.
